Are you a travel agency?

No. Nomad Kabayan is a travel planning and consulting service, not a traditional travel agency.


We don’t sell flights, issue tickets, or book accommodations on your behalf. Instead, we provide expert guidance, itineraries, and recommendations so you can book confidently on your own.

Who are your services best for?

Our services are designed for Filipino digital nomads, remote workers, and seasonal travelers who want to visit visa-free or easy-entry countries while balancing work and travel.

What countries do you cover?

We focus on visa-free destinations for Filipino passport holders, including popular nomad hubs in Asia and beyond.


Country availability may vary, each guide or plan clearly states the destination covered.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final.

Once planning, research, or customization has started, we are unable to offer refunds.


If you’re unsure which package to choose, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing so we can guide you to the best option.

How long does it take to receive my travel plan or guide?

Delivery time depends on the service selected:

DIY Starter Pack: Delivered within 24–48 hours after payment

Custom Travel Plan: Delivered within 3–5 business days after completing the intake form

Nomad Concierge: Consultation scheduled within 3–5 business days, with support starting upon trip confirmation

What is included in the scope of your services?

Book flights or accommodations

Process visas or extensions

Can you help with visas or extensions?

We provide clear guidance on entry requirements, stay limits, and visa-free rules based on current information.


However, we do not process visas or act as immigration representatives.

Do you book flights, tours or accommodations for me?

No. All bookings are done by you.


We guide you on where to stay, what to book, and what to avoid, including neighborhood recommendations and accommodation types that suit your budget and work needs.

What if something goes wrong during my trip?

If you choose our Nomad Concierge package, you’ll have ongoing chat support for a set number of days, plus emergency tips and local guidance to help you navigate unexpected situations.

Can I request revisions to my travel plan?

Yes.

Custom Travel Plan: Includes one (1) round of revisions

Nomad Concierge: Includes up to two (2) revisions, depending on scope

Additional revisions may be subject to a fee.

What happens if travel rules change?

Travel requirements and entry rules can change without notice.
We provide guidance based on the most current information available at the time of planning, but final decisions rest with immigration authorities. We recommend always checking official government sources before travel.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes.
All personal information shared with Nomad Kabayan is used only for travel planning purposes and will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.
